Decatur County This indenture made this the twenty ninth
day of November Eighteen hundred and seventy seven
between John J. Clark of the county and State aforesaid
of the first part and Frances Ann Williams during
her life and at her death to her daughters Caro-
line Rich Dave Anne Rich Isaac Ann Rich and
her husband John D. Williams share and share alike
all of the same place of the second part. Wit-
nesseth that the said John J. Clark for an in con-
sideration of the sum of one hundred and thirty
three dollars to him in hand paid by the said Frances
Ann Williams. the receipt thereof is hereby acknowl-
edged doth by these presents grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Frances Ann Williams
Caroline Rich Dave Anne Rich Isaac Ann Rich
and John D. Williams their heirs and assigns
a certain lot or parcel of land off of the
south half of Lot of land number one
hundred and thirty one (131) in the twenty
seventh (27) district of said county. the said
land herein conveyed is to comprise three
tenths (3/10) off of the west part of said south
half of said lot of land containing seventy five
(75) acres more or less together with all the
privileges thereto in anywise appurtaining.
To have and to hold the above granted premises
to the said Frances Ann Williams Caroline Rich, Dave
Ann Rich Isaac Ann Rich and John D. Williams
their heirs and assigns in fee Simple.
And the said John J. Clark will and his heirs
executors and administrators shall the said property
to the said Frances Ann Williams Caroline Rich Dave
Ann Rich Isaac Ann Rich and John D. Williams
their heirs executors and administrators forever warrant
and and defend against the lawful demands
of all persons whatever.

has hereto set his hand and seal.
