      Bullock County You are hereby authorized and required admeasure and lay out, or cause to be admeasured and laid out, unto Bridger Jones a Tract of Land, which shall contain Five hundred and Fifty Acres including the improvement where Jesse Mixon now lives in the County of Bullock on headrights

      Taking Special care that the same has not heretofore been Laid out to any other person or persons and you are also hereby Directed and Required to Record a plat of the same in your office and Transmit a copy thereof together with this warrant to the Surveyor General, within the term of Two Years from this Date. Given under our hands as Justices of the said Court, this 1st of January 1800

      I Bridger Jones of Bulloch County and
      State of Georgia Planter:
      Being weak in body but of perfect and of
      Sound mind and memory blessed be god
      I do therefore this the first day of May in the
      year of our Lord Christ anno domini one
      thousand Eighteen hundred and nineteen
      do make and Publish this my last will and
      Testament in manner and form following
      First) All my Just debts & demands to be paid
      and the schooling of my younger children the
      money to be raised out of my Hogs and Cattle
      for the same.
      2) I give and bequeath unto my beloved son
      Berry Jones a plantation that I bought of
      Josiah Jones on the E. side of Lots. Creek and
      all my lands Joining thereunto two hundred
      dollars in money one horse bridle and saddle
      one bed and furniture and several other things
      two tegious [tedious?] to mention which said Property the
      above has already received to him his Heirs and
      assigns forever.
      3rd I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter
      Mary Everett one negro woman named Serene
      and all her increase one mare bridle and Saddle
      one feather bed and furniture two hundred dollars
      in money other things two [sic] tegious [sic] to mention
      which said Property the above has allready
      received to her and her heirs and assigns forever
      4th I bequeath unto my beloved daughter Rachel
      Wise one negro woman named Tab and her in-
      Crease one mare bridle and Saddle one feather
      bed and furniture two hundred dollars in money
      other things two tegious to mention which said
      property the above has allready received to her
      her heirs and assigns forever.
      5th I bequeath unto my beloved son Briant Jones
      one negro boy named Donum another named Sharp
      and all the land I bought of Henry Dutton one
      Horse bridle and Saddle one feather bed and
      furniture to him his heirs and assigns forever.
      6th I bequeath unto my beloved Son Josiah Jones one
      negro boy named Antony one girl named Jinny and all
      my land lying between the two ten mile Creek
      concluding all the land I bought of Oliver and
      Parimore except that part lying in the fork of the
      bad prong and ten mile Creek I also give unto
      him five hundred acres survey ajoining to it
      ten Cows and Calves one horse bridle and Sad-
      dle one feather bed and furniture to him his
      Heirs and assigns forever.
      7th I bequeath unto my beloved son Bassel Jones
      one negro girl named Massey all my lands
      that I bought of Jessy Mixon and Cornelius
      Mixon lying on the fifteen mile Creek near
      Canochee River other lands Connected to the
      Same tracts the line beginning on the Canochee
      River between the awkerd Cut and newtons
      field running thence to the back line known by
      the Heirs all the lands lying on the north side
      one Horse bridle and Saddle one feather bed
      and furniture to him his Heirs and assigns
      forever.
      8th I bequeath unto my beloved son Buckner Jones
      one negro girl named Tener the Plantation where
      I now live other lands that I bought of Singleton
      and Newton and Fletcher and part of
      Parimores and part of other surveys all Joining
      the plantation whereon I now live all on the
      South Side of the division line one Horse bridle
      and Saddle one negro man named Luke and
      one negro girl named Darkes and all her increase
      from this time one feather bed and furniture to
      him his Heirs and assigns forever.
      9th I bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Nancy
      Jones one negro girl named Darkes Junior one
      negro boy named Ebis Horse bridle and Saddle
      one bed and furniture to her her Heirs and
      assigns forever.
      10th I make this reserve that if any of the negros should
      dy that I have wild to my young Children before
      they be of age or marry that another should be
      bought out of my Estate of the same value and
      placed in their place this not to be neglected.
      11th Also my will is that after paying all my
      just debts and furnishing my younger Children
      with Horses then I give and bequeath unto my
      beloved wife Rachel Jones all the rest of my
      Stock of Horses Cattle and Hogs to her her Heirs
      and assigns forever.
      12th I lend to my beloved wife Rachel Jones all
      my negroes that is not mentioned before in my
      will and all my house hold furniture and planta-
      tion lols[?] during her natural life or widowhood.
      13th Then I give and bequeath unto my beloved son
      Buckner Jones my new side board still and
      Clock to him his Heirs and assigns forever
      14th I give and bequeath unto my Heirs 6[?] chances
      in this insuing land lotery if I should be so
      lucky as to draw any prises I want it sold
      and equally divided among my Heirs
      15th I give and bequeath all my lent Property
      after the Death or Marriage of my beloved wife
      to be equally divided between six of my
      Children Berry Mary Rachel Bazzel
      Buckner & Nancy to them their Heirs and
      assigns forever.
      16th I hereby nominate constitute and appoint
      my sons Berry Jones Briant Jones and
      Josiah Jones my Executors to this my last
      will and Testament = In testimony whereof I have
      hereunto set my hand and seal this day and
      date first above ritten Signed Sealed and
      delivered by the testator for his last will and
