Petitioner prays an order appointing him Guardian of the property of said minors.   	"Deaths and Funerals: Miss Dorothy Harrell.      Bainbridge, Ga., May 8.-Miss Dorothy Harrell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Harrell, died shortly after noon Tuesday after an illness of several weeks.      Funeral service will be held today at the residence with the Rev. H. H. Shell officiating.      Miss Harrell was one of Bainbridge's most prominent and popular young ladies.  She was an active member of the First Baptist Church and occupied a leading position in social activities.  She was a charter member of the Junior Country Club and possessed numerous friends throughout this section.  For about a year she had been employed in the county offices of the Federal Emergency Relief Association.      In addition to her parents, survivors include three sisters, Mrs. A. B. Jenkins, of Tarboro, N. C., Mrs. Lloyd Rich, Misses Jane and Anne Harrell, all of Bainbridge, and one brother, Charles Harrell, Jr., of Tucson, Arizona.      E. W. Cox, Funeral Home in charge."

  	"Dorothy Harrell Dies Tuesday: Funeral Services For Beloved Young Lady Held Wednesday      Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at three o'clock for Miss Dorothy Harrell, age 28, whose death Tuesday afternoon was one of the saddest occasions that has hit the city in some time.  She was ill for several weeks before her death.  The services were held from the residence with Rev. H. H. Shell officiating, assisted by Rev. T. H. Thompson and Rev. J. E. Ward.  She was interred in the Oak City Cemetery.      Miss Harrell is survived by her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Harrell, Sr., four sisters, Mrs. R. L. Rich, Miss Anne Harrell, of Bainbridge, Mrs. S. G. Jenkins, of Tarboro, N. C., Miss Jane Harrell of Americus, Ga., one brother Mr C. L. Harrell, Jr., of Tuscon, Arizona.      The deceased was a popular member of the younger set of Bainbridge, being a member of the Bainbridge Junior Country Club, where she was very active.  She was a girl with a lovely disposition and always seemed to spread joy where ever she went.  At the time of her death she was holding a responsible position with the Civil Works Administration in this city.      Active pallbearers included Messrs Herbert Nussbaum, Mercer Baggs, Jr., Clarke Gurley, Ed Perry, Jr., Robert Cohen, Jamie Jester, J. E. Willis and Glenn Griffin.      Honorary flower bearers were: Mrs. Frances Willis, Miss Clara Nell Speight, Mrs. Myrvin Rollins, Mrs. Elizabeth Gullage, Mrs. Lucile Overstreet, Mrs.Merle Hodges, Mrs. Anna G. Griffin, Mrs. Mazie Ramsey, Mrs. Hanse Rich, Mrs. Evelyn Stough, Mrs. Evelyn Ashley, Mrs. Donis Hardage, Mrs. Ophelia Nussbaum, Mrs. Elizabeth Felty."
